Since the past several decade plan of rural road development policies has not made by the concerned . Even though politician and planner also did not gave emphasis on it. When we look past of 1950, we find that there was great difficulty to travel from one village to another village.
Now, it came to know the importance of transportation infrastructure lead the main role to improve the economic status of rural area of the nation. The government gave top priority to build rural road after the restoration of democracy in 1990. Not only the Nepal Government but also the several NGO, donner and other respected countries are planning and implementing to construct the rural road to improve the national economic.
But the construction of rural road is still a challenging job. Because the difficult topography and unstable geology of Nepal approaching difficult to construct road in hilly region as well. Yet, the works still going on and we are very hopeful that we must get success.
